Offered here is a very rare Chenard ET Walcker Limousine T11, a magnificent French car that came from Brittany in the early 1990s, it is believed to be one of five examples manufactured between 1928 and 1932.

The vehicle was found in a barn in Brittany in a poor condition, it was owned by a dentist who saved it from the scrapyard.

The car was imported into the UK in 1990 and didn’t run.

The interior was refurbished prior to the vendor’s ownership and the previous owner worked to get the vehicle roadworthy.

The brakes have had a new lining and skimmed drums with four recent original pattern tyres.

Due to a worn engine the vehicle has been fitted with a 1960 ex-RAF Land Rover 2.2 petrol engine, attached to the original 4-speed gearbox.

Having a high body and five rear seats (including two swivel tip seats) the car is ideal for weddings.

A very useable pre-war classic that drives well and will be easy to maintain with the Land Rover engine in it.
