We are delighted to offer this lovely 1972 Toyota Corolla TE27 rally car to the open market.
Believed to be the only TE27 currently existing in the UK, with only a handful remaining around the world.
This example has gone throughout a no expense spared, professional Rally car conversion.
We are indebted to the vendor for suppling the following information: “Very rare Toyota Corolla TE27 rally car, re-shelled into a relatively rust free shell imported from New Zealand.
The shell underwent comprehensive seam welding and strengthening in 2015 to be used on an historic event in South America which was cancelled.
Kept in storage until last year when it was fitted with an all steel 2TB engine, giving c.150bhp, a paddle clutch and 5-speed T50 gearbox, disc brake rear axle, with LSD, Bilstein adjustable front struts and vented disk brakes.
