Here we have a nice example of the fast-appreciating Mercedes W123 with the 2300cc engine, automatic gearbox and coupe body shell.
A very nice combination! This example we have before us is finished in Frozen White with tan cloth interior, a very pleasing colour choice and very much of the of the time.
The 1980s were very much about light interiors and if you know your Mercedes, you will know they had a very durable interior, and this has stood up well.
The car has the factory electric sunroof, head lamp wipers and is currently wearing chrome wheel arches, which match the very nice chrome on the car, and again are a very 1980s accessory.
The service history is very nice with lots of older invoices and receipts detailing its early life and history, even down to details of having a new engine that was supplied by Crewe Engines and fitted by Rawsons TMS Ltd, a Mercedes dealer in Kent.
