First registered in September 1986, this Sierra RS Cosworth is finished in Diamond White with the RS body kit and towering iconic ‘Whale Tail’ rear wing enhanced by 15-inch alloy wheels The 1,993cc Cosworth 16-valve turbo four-cylinder engine produced 204bhp when new, with 0 to 60mph in 6.5 seconds and 149mph available.
The engine was rebuilt in May 1999 with forged Mahle pistons and a gas flowed head and a 2017 rolling road printout in the history file records a healthy 252bhp
Recently subject to light recommissioning following a period of storage, we are reliably informed that new Koni springs and dampers have recently been fitted, and the car will be offered for sale with a freshly fitted Helix clutch
Offered with a pleasing history file of older MOT Certificates, previous invoices and details of the engine rebuild
