Purchased by its late owner in 2015 and subsequently entrusted to respected Audi specialists VRS Performance of Northampton for an extensive performance build
The 2.2-litre five-cylinder engine was completely stripped and rebuilt with forged pistons and connecting rods, together with a reworked cylinder head, uprated turbocharger, intercooler, fuelling, induction, exhaust and engine-management systems.

A nitrous oxide system was also installed, with the completed package reportedly producing around 580bhp
