Built in 1966 to LHD specification, this Jaguar E-Type, was originally dispatched from Jaguar Cars New York
Imported from South Carolina, USA in 2009 and subsequently commissioned as the basis for a Jaguar E-Type Lightweight evocation, with the intention of creating a fast road and occasional track-day car.
With competition being the aim, however, those plans were never realised
Originally finished in Opalescent Maroon with Black leather upholstery and a Black soft-top, the vehicle now presents in red
Work completed is understood to include the installation of new floorpans, sills and various Martin Robey replacement panels, together with a replacement front subframe
