AI Listing Summary
This is a rare 2001 Ford Puma S1600 Works Rally Car, built and campaigned by Ford. It has a valid MSA logbook until 2033 and has seen significant competition, including JWRC events. The car benefits from a recent bare-shell refurbishment, engine rebuild, and gearbox overhaul, with very few miles covered since.

Condition

The car has undergone a bare-shell refurbishment five years ago with only a few hundred kilometers driven since. The engine and gearbox have also been recently rebuilt. While it has a valid MSA paperwork until 2033 and a documented competition history, its age and rally use suggest it's in excellent condition but may require minor reconditioning typical of a race car that has been recently refreshed.

Ford produced two versions of the Puma Rally Car, the S1400 which was sold to privateers and the S1600 that was (at least initially) reserved for Works drivers.
