Ex-John Rhodes Engineering man Will Dick bought the car, competing in the '76, '76 and '77 rallies organised by the WSSCC coming 23rd overall, the highest place of any Mini (the field was full of Escort RS rally cars)
Believed to be re-shelled in 1974 using the ex-Barrie (Whizzo) Williams 1972 BTCC Group 5 1300 as a donor vehicle, then taking part in many events before going into storage in the mid-80s.
