In 1952, the standard offering was the Alvis TA21 Three-Litre with Drophead Coupé (DHC) versions built, almost exclusively, by Tickford
Built on a box-section chassis with independent coil-spring front suspension, the car was powered by a 2993cc overhead-valve straight-six producing 83-90bhp
