Porsche introduced the 991 generation 911 in late 2011, representing a major evolution of the brand’s infamous and ageless sports car.
Compared with the outgoing 997, the 991 sat on an all new platform with a longer wheelbase, wider track, and a body made extensively from aluminium, improving rigidity and reducing weight.
