Building on the R230-generation Mercedes-Benz SL600, the Brabus 5.5-litre V12 was enlarged to 6.3-litres and features a milled crankshaft, larger pistons, precision-balanced rods and specially machined cylinder heads accommodating bespoke camshafts.
All Brabus SV12 BiTurbos feature a stainless steel high performance exhaust system with lower flow resistance and metal catalysts with engine management being taken care of by bespoke electronics.
640PS and 1,026Nm of torque are despatched to the rear wheels via a reinforced 5-speed automatic transmission and Brabus self-locking differential.
