The car is described as being meticulously looked after, with recent oil and cambelt changes. It has low ownership and a reasonable mileage for its age. The varied service history is a slight negative, but the owner's mechanic background is a positive. However, without a detailed inspection report, I cannot determine if it meets the criteria for a rating higher than Very Good.
