The Morgan 4/4 was first introduced in 1936 and remained in production for 83 years until 2019, making it one of the longest running production models in automotive history earning both the model and the manufacturer a spot in the Guinness Book of Records .

The 4/4 maintained Morgan’s ethos by being traditional, lightweight and dynamic with a box-section ladder-frame chassis mated to a traditional body construction with an aluminium skin over an ash wood frame.

In 1993 the 4/4 was offered with Ford’s 1800 Zetec engine which was faster, cleaner and more frugal than its predecessors.
