Based on the description, the car has undergone an extensive restoration, addressing both cosmetic and mechanical issues. The respray, interior refurbishment, and mechanical work indicate a high level of care. However, the car's history of breakdowns and the fact that it required a full disassembly and re-assembly suggest it may not be in 'Pristine' or 'Outstanding' condition. The restoration work aims to bring it back to its former glory, which points towards a rating in the 'Excellent' to 'Very Good' range.
