1974 FORD F250 CUSTOM PICKUP 5L - TWO WHEEL DRIVE The 1974 Ford F-250 is a three-quarter-ton pickup that belongs to the sixth generation of the F-Series (1973–1979). Often referred to by enthusiasts as part of the 'Dentside' era due to the distinctive concave body line running the length of the truck, this model year is highly regarded for its ruggedness and classic boxy styling. This is one of the most iconic versions of the 1974 F-250. Built between 1967 and mid-1977, these 4x4 trucks featured a factory-lifted stance, a 'divorced' transfer case (separate from the transmission), and a narrower frame than later models. 1974 was the first full production year for the SuperCab, which added extra space behind the front seat for passengers or storage.
