The Sima-Standard is a French automobile brand that was established in 1929 as the successor to SIMA-Violet.
Based in Courbevoie, France, the company operated until 1932.
The Sima-Standard was a modernized, lightweight derivative of the iconic Citroën 5CV.
Following the end of the Citroën 5CV's production, French coachbuilder and manufacturer SIMA (Société Industrielle de Matériel Automobile) acquired the rights and tooling to continue producing and updating the vehicle under the Sima-Standard name
