Supplied new by Toyota distributor Roys Motor Company of Norwich, the car has had just three former owners from new, with the second owner purchasing the car from a Toyota main dealer in Worthing in 1987.

The car was subsequently maintained by Viking Toyota, a main dealer, through to 1998, with the original service book containing 15 service stamps.
