The car was extensively restored bodily and mechanically in 2014, with many new panels being used. The interior presents very well overall, with new carpet, three-point front seat belts and rear lap belts fitted. The bodywork still presents in excellent condition today. The engine was fully set up on a rolling road in August 2022 and produced 310bhp. To keep all of that added grunt under control, the car has been fitted with a rack and pinion power steering setup, new front shock absorbers and springs and adjustable strut rods. Stopping power comes from power assisted front disc brakes and refurbished rear drums.
