While the car is described as sturdy and reliable, and has been rebuilt, it is also a bespoke, coachbuilt vehicle from 1927, suggesting it has been significantly altered and may not be in original condition. The description mentions it has taken part in numerous competitions and trials, indicating potential wear and tear. Therefore, a rating of 'Good' seems appropriate, acknowledging its solid condition but also the likelihood of wear and the need for some reconditioning.
