Condition

7

The car has undergone multiple restorations, including engine rebuilds and bodywork. While it's reported to be in good mechanical order and able to cruise at 60mph, the description mentions a lack of front brakes which affects its overall condition. The car has had a new body built for it. Given these factors, a rating of 7 seems appropriate.
