We are pleased to offer this TVR 3000S which has been in the current ownership for 11 years and that is, these days, an uncommon offering within today’s market place.

The ‘S’ was derived from the ‘M’ series and, up until 1978, the Blackpool based firm had not produced a convertible.

That all changed with the arrival of the 3000S in 1978.

Under the skin, the rigid backbone chassis remained the same whilst the glass fibre body was set lower than the previous models and included the luxury of a boot lid.

Power was supplied by the Ford, V6, Essex unit mated to a Capri close ratio gearbox.

Only 258 examples were manufactured and it is believed that in the region of only 50 examples survive today.

This example of the TVR marque presents very well and includes its original factory wheels and sensible upgrades that include, electronic ignition, electric fuel pump, twin electric cooling fans and a stainless steel exhaust system.

Also included is the factory-supplied Pioneer radio cassett...
