Nicknamed the Baby Austin, the Austin Seven was manufactured between 1922 and 1939.
Herbert Austin's concept was to provide a small car that would meet the needs of aspiring families to own an affordable motor car.
It was one of the most popular models produced for the British market and also sold well abroad.
The affect on the market was similar to that of the Ford Model T.
When production ceased in 1939, 290,000 cars and vans had been produced.
We are proud today to offer an outstanding example of the Austin Seven marque.
Manufactured in 1931, this rare RM saloon has had six owners from new and has an extensive history file dating back to 1935; only the Second World War years are understandably missing.
Being an RM, this little car was produced with the short chassis and therefore the door lines extend around the rear wheel arches to allow ease of access.
