MOT – NO presented here is one of nissan’s quirkiest and most distinctive creations, the s-cargo – a retro-styled micro-van inspired by the citroën 2cv delivery vans of the 1950s.

produced in very limited numbers during the late 1980s, the s-cargo has since become a cult classic, especially among japanese domestic market enthusiasts and collectors of unusual automotive design.

this particular example is a 2006 registration and has been subject to performance upgrades, most notably the fitment of nissan’s e15et turbocharged engine paired with a front-mounted intercooler and aftermarket boost gauge, ensuring a significantly livelier drive than the original 1.5-litre naturally aspirated unit.
