AI Listing Summary

This rare Aston Martin V8 Series II, one of only 289 produced, boasts a comprehensive history with over £52,000 spent on maintenance and upgrades since 2015, including a Koni suspension setup. Despite its attractive Royal Claret and Tan Connolly interior, modest 102,000 miles, and recent refurbishment including ceramic coating and rechroming, the car's roof was unfortunately damaged in transit and requires repair. Additionally, it will need some recommissioning after being on static display since joining the Fox Collection.

Condition

7

The car has undergone significant expenditure for maintenance and upgrades since 2015, including suspension overhaul and Koni setup, bodywork repairs, and ongoing servicing. However, the listing explicitly states that the roof was damaged in transit and requires repair, and that some recommissioning will be needed as it has been on static display since joining the Fox Collection. While generally well-maintained and upgraded, the transit damage and need for recommissioning prevent it from being rated higher than 'Very Good'.

With an estimated 320bhp available from its 5,340cc, fuel-injected, four-cam motor, the DBS V8 could reach 100mph in under 14 seconds, running o...
