Extensively restored by a retired engineer and his mentee from 2003 - 2007
Accompanied by a detailed, multi-page log itemising some £16,000 worth of expenditure
Engine converted to run on unleaded petrol, lightweight fabric body

Launched at the Olympia Motor Show in October 1926, the Riley 9 Monaco was a benchmark ‘Light Car’ design.

A marque enthusiast since acquiring his first Riley in 1954, retired engineer C.

Rowe enlisted the help of S.

Bruton when embarking upon the restoration of chassis 601582 some forty-nine years later.
