The car is described as a stalled restoration project which appears substantially complete but requires finishing. It has undergone a color change and a conversion from left- to right-hand drive. There is mention of extensive recent restoration work, but it has not been fully run-in/debugged. This indicates noticeable cosmetic and mechanical wear, requiring moderate reconditioning.
