Condition

The car is in good running condition with a well-maintained engine that starts easily and idles consistently. While the paintwork shows natural patination due to restoration almost 30 years ago, the brass work is in very good order, and the suspension appears to be in fine condition. The availability of a large history file and the car's cherished life contribute positively to its condition.

Manufactured in Detroit, Michigan, the Brush was a popular two-seater runabout marketed as an "Everyman's car".

It was one of the earliest small cars to feature coil springs all round and they are known for their wooden frame and axles with Artillery wheels.

The initial Brush model for sale had a single-cylinder, 1030cc 20 horsepower engine, with chain-drive and a two-speed transmission and was priced at $780.

By the end of 1907 the price of the Brush was down to $500 to compete with other manufacturers.

The Brush was designed by Alanson P.

After it's success, Brush merged with and became a division of U.S.
