Based on the description, the car has undergone extensive improvements, including a full engine overhaul, re-wire, and repaint. Attention was also given to the brakes, axles, and steering. The vendor states it's been "100% reliable" and "very easy to drive." While there's no specific mention of current flaws, the extensive work suggests it needed significant refurbishment to reach its current state. Therefore, a condition rating of 'Very Good' seems appropriate, acknowledging the improvements while also recognizing that it likely had some wear and tear before the restoration.
