AI Listing Summary
This 1963 Morris Mini 850, sold for £9,844, boasts a comprehensive restoration and a charming history, including original bookpack and service records. However, it needs recommissioning after long-term storage, presenting both an opportunity and a project for the next owner.

Based on the description, the car has undergone an extensive restoration but requires recommissioning after long-term storage. This suggests that while many parts have been replaced and work has been done, it's not in immediate running condition. The presence of original bookpack, handbook, and service book add value, but the need for recommissioning and long-term storage affect the overall condition.
