Vehicle Details
AI Listing Summary
This 1984 Austin Maestro Vanden Plas, a rare series one example with a digital dashboard, is offered as a restoration project. It has been under current ownership since 2002 with approximately 82,000 miles, but the bodywork, engine, and paint are in poor condition, requiring significant attention despite a good gearbox and very good interior trim.
Condition
3
Based on the vendor's condition ratings, the car has significant issues with the bodywork, engine, and paintwork, all rated as 'Poor'. While the gearbox is rated 'Good' and the interior trim 'Very Good', the overall condition is heavily affected by the poor condition of critical components. The 'Average' rating of the electrical equipment and the need for restoration further lower the overall condition.
