The car has been partially stripped and refurbished. The engine has been worked on, including regrinding of the crankshaft, freshly cast bearings, and new pistons. Any rotten timber in the body was replaced and all panelling repaired or renewed before the shell was resprayed. The same company has recently carried out a general service and repair to the starter motor. The chassis lubrication system was missing too many parts to restore, so was removed. This puts it in good condition.
