Description
The latest inductee to the pantheon of historic and victorious Ferrari racing cars, the 499P debuted to glory as the legendary marque’s first overall winner at the 24 Hours of Le Mans since 1965.
Harkening back to the iconic 250 GTO, which was mainly campaigned by privateer teams and scored three consecutive World GT Manufacturers’ Championships for Ferrari (1962–1964), the 499P Le Mans Hypercar was made available to customers as the 499P Modificata.
Following that inaugural 2023 Le Mans victory, the 499P went on to two more overall wins at Le Mans in 2024 and 2025, firmly re-establishing Ferrari's 1950s to 1960s glory days in international sports car racing. Appropriately, the 499P was unveiled at the Ferrari Finali Mondiali, the season-ending world finals of the one-make Ferrari Challenge series, during the 2022 edition at Imola.
