When Aston Martin and legendary Italian coachbuilder Zagato join forces, the results are invariably remarkable.

Their collaboration, which began in the early 1960s, has produced some of the marques most celebrated and collectible automobiles, each blending British engineering with distinctive Italian styling.

The first, the DB4 GT Zagato, remains one of the most revered sports cars ever built.


Over the years, Aston Martin and Zagato have reunited on a select number of special projects, from the angular Vantage Zagato of the late 1980s to the flowing DB7 Zagato and open-top DB AR1 of the early 2000s.

In 2016, however, the two companies embarked on their most ambitious collaboration yet: the Vanquish Zagato.
