There is no denying that the unmistakable design language of Aston Martin throughout the years has remained elegant and sophisticated, effortlessly so, and the second generation Vanquish is no exception.

Following on from the success of its predecessor, the new Vanquish was first unveiled at the London film museum in 2012 showcasing a combination of styling cues from the DBS and the One-77.

It uses an upgraded version of Aston Martins 5.9-Litre AM11 V12 known as the AM28 which produces an impressive 565BHP and a soundtrack that is instantly recognisable.

Twelve months later at the 2013 Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, the drop head Volante version was unveiled; a configuration never released in the first generation car, which now sees the authentic Aston Martin open-top GT experience being offered in their flagship model.
