Revealed at the 1992 British Motor Show, the MG RV8 represented a revival of the classic British V8 roadster formula, combining the timeless lines of the MGB with modernised engineering, upgraded refinement and the unmistakable performance of Rover's venerable aluminium V8 engine.

Built at Rover's Cowley facility, the RV8 was far more than a simple reintroduction of the MGB.
