The car has been extensively restored and modified. The description mentions the shell was rebuilt with new floors and sills, and the engine was replaced. While these are significant improvements, the presence of modifications and the need for restoration indicate it's not in pristine or near-perfect condition. The car has had wear visible in paint, interior, or wheels.
