United Kingdom • 2 Oct 2021
Vehicle Details
AI Listing Summary
This is a well-maintained Rolls Royce Silver Cloud from the mid-1950s, notable for its low ownership and older restoration. Recent recommissioning work addresses some mechanical aspects, suggesting ongoing care, though the older restoration implies some wear and tear consistent with its age.

The car has had an older restoration in 2000, and recent recommissioning work. It's described as a 'nice low mileage example' and the coachwork 'still presents very well'. However, as an older restoration, and with attention required to ignition, electrics, braking, fuelling and power steering, it's unlikely to be in pristine condition.

Equipped with an inline six-cylinder engine, four-speed automatic transmission, and independent front suspension, the car could reach 60mph in 13.5 seconds and top out at 103mph if Sir was in a hurry, as reported in a contemporary review ...
