Modifications such as the 3.8 RSR rear spoiler and front splitter, blitz intercooler, adjustable suspension, carbon bonnet, and roll cage typically detract from a vehicle's condition rating due to decreased originality. However, the recent service by Porsche Sheffield, desirable G50 gearbox, and rolling-road test demonstrating 500bhp indicate strong mechanical condition.

Porsche chose to re-use the 3.3 litre engine from the 930 with several minor revisions that made the engine smoother, less prone to turbo lag and more powerful with a total output of 320bhp at 5750rpm.
The 964 Turbo is considered to be one of the prettiest 911s built and certainly one of the more powerful.
Recently serviced by Porsche Sheffield, this matching numbers 964 3.3 Turbo benefits from being fitted with the more desirable G50 gearbox, and a recent rolling-road test shows that with the assistance of its blow off valve turbo timer, this Porsche is able to achieve a remarkable 500bhp.
