The Jaguar was subject of a major 1990's restoration when the car was painted all Black and the upholstery completely re-trimmed in beautiful Red leather.

All the woodwork was renewed, a major program of work carried out to the engine bay and braking system, and the car converted onto chrome wire wheels, not something often seen on the MKIX model.

In 2005 the MKIX was purchased by its first UK owner who imported the car from Australia.

The car was then taken to a UK restoration specialist full professional lower body restoration.

This included removal all of four doors, completely rebuilding them and then renovating the sills, valances and front and rear wings.

Major areas were leaded as opposed to filler and the car finished to a very high standard.Having covered a few hundred miles between 2005 - 2012 and MOT tested annually, the Jaguar was then stored until 2016.
