AI Listing Summary
This is a left-hand drive 1956 Jaguar XK140 OTS, originally supplied to New York. Imported in 1983, it comes with some history, including old MOTs and a possible engine rebuild invoice. However, it requires recommissioning and is located on a steep drive, posing logistical challenges for removal.
Condition
4
The car is described as needing recommissioning and has been sitting for some time, indicating potential mechanical issues. There's also mention of an old engine rebuild receipt, but it's for an XK150, not the listed XK140, raising questions about its relevance. Cosmetically, it's difficult to assess the current state without a detailed inspection, but the need for recommissioning suggests it's not in top condition. Given it is a barn find, the condition is likely to be between Above Average and Average.
