This 1955 Ford Thunderbird was modified over a period of seven years by a previous owner.
The body was stripped, modified, and refinished with Galaxy Blue paint, and it has DeSoto headlight trim, ’56 Mercury taillights, an extended hood scoop, shaved doors, a filled gas filler, a one-off aluminum grille, and Eldorado-sourced side vents.
The interior was also customized with brown upholstery, air conditioning, a tilt column, and a banjo steering wheel, and the trunk was upholstered to match.
The suspension and braking systems were uprated, and a BluePrint 306ci V8 was installed along with a Holley carburetor, an upgraded cooling system, and a retrofitted five-speed manual.
