Condition

8

The car has won multiple awards (AACA and CCCA first prizes), indicating it was in excellent condition previously. While it has a known minor mechanical issue (pops out of second gear) and is a converted convertible coupe rather than original sedan body style, it presents well with factory-specified colors and retains significant original elements. The odometer shows low mileage, though total mileage is unknown, and it has been part of a notable museum collection.

It was rebodied as a convertible coupe and earned American Automobile Club of America (AACA) and Classic Car Club of America (CCCA) first prizes before it was purchased by the late best-selling adventure novelist Clive Cussler in 2006.

It was subsequently placed into the Cussler Museum collection in Arvada, Colorado.
