Powered by a 2,443cc Riley twin-cam inline-four linked to a four-speed manual transmission, chassis D18 was campaigned in SCCA events at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course after Jim earned his competition license in 1963.
The car spent time in storage until 1991, when it was refurbished and displayed at various shows throughout the Midwest.
Following the current owner’s purchase in 2023, the alloy body was repainted, the interior was reupholstered in black leather, and the brakes were overhauled.
