This 1944 Ford GPW was purchased by its previous owner in 2004, and a subsequent refurbishment included repainting the replacement tub and replacing the canvas top.
The truck was purchased by the seller on BaT in August 2022, as a surprise for his father, a US Army veteran, who served in World War 2 and operated a similar GPW.
