This 1953 MG TD is a North American model that was acquired in 1985 by the seller’s mother, who commissioned a refurbishment to celebrate her husband’s 65th birthday.

Work completed the following year included stripping and repainting the car green, refinishing the chrome hardware, reupholstering the beige interior, fitting a replacement tan soft top and instrumentation, and rebuilding of the 1,250cc XPAG inline-four.

It is equipped with 15″ steel wheels, a four-speed manual transmission, a single driving light, and a folding windshield with wind wings.

Acquired by the seller in 2011, this TD is now offered with handwritten records and New Hampshire registration in their name.
