This 1971 Volkswagen Beetle was built around 1993 by Jim Harden of Oklahoma Vee-Dub.

The chassis was shortened approximately 14 inches and reinforced, the roof was removed and the windshield frame was chopped, and the cut doors were welded into place.

The metallic aqua exterior is complemented by a bespoke interior with Camaro seats and a custom sound system, and power is from a 1,641cc flat-four with Cima pistons and cylinders, a CB Performance intake manifold, a Weber carburetor, and headers.

The car also has body-color Enkei directional wheels, Rossi headlights, and KYB dampers.

Featured in the February 1993 edition of magazine, the car spent three decades with a single owner post-build, and it was acquired by the selling dealer, the DFW Car & Toy Museum, .
