This 1962 Porsche 356B Twin Grille Roadster, featuring D'Ieteren bodywork, has been meticulously refurbished and recently had its engine rebuilt again. Condition

The car has undergone a significant refurbishment in 2017-2018, including engine and transaxle rebuilds, and a repaint. It also had a recent engine rebuild in April 2026 for approximately $25k. While the true mileage is unknown, the visible mileage is 51k and approximately 200 miles have been added under the current ownership. The car is described as having had work done on the brakes and suspension during the refurbishment. Given the recent comprehensive work and the overall described condition, it leans towards excellent, with potential for minor reconditioning.

This 1962 Porsche 356B Roadster is one of 249 “twin grille” roadsters built with bodywork from Belgian coachbuilder D’Ieteren Frères, and it was completed in December of 1961 and sold new in Tacoma, Washington. The car changed hands before it was refurbished between 2017 and 2018, with work including rebuilds of the engine and four-speed manual transaxle by Chris’s German Auto Service of Redmond, Washington, as well as a repaint in Oslo Blue carried out by specialist Kertsan Rillos.
