This 1968 Chevrolet Corvette convertible was purchased in 2016 by George Haddad, owner of Fabulous Restorations in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Over the next 18 months, it was built into a replica of the Owens Corning-sponsored L88 race car campaigned in the 1970 24 Hours of Daytona.

A 427ci V8 with forged internals and Winters aluminum cylinder heads was installed, and it is linked to an M22 four-speed manual transmission and an Eaton limited-slip differential.
