This 1957 BMW Isetta 300 coupe is said to have been purchased from the prior owner out of San Francisco, California, in 2010 and later displayed at the current owner’s Moto Talbott Museum in Carmel before its closing in 2024.
The microcar is finished in red with a white roof and features a black folding canvas roof, amber-lens headlamps, and sliding side windows as well as bench seat trimmed in beige vinyl.
It is accompanied by an uninstalled and non-running 295cc single as well as an uninstalled four-speed manual gearbox and other spare parts.
This Isetta project is now offered on dealer consignment in Ventura, California, with a restoration guide, partial records, and a Tennessee title.
