This 1931 Cadillac 370A V-12 is one of 128 examples built with style-4760 five-passenger phaeton coachwork for the model year and was originally shipped to Cadillac’s Philadelphia branch before being redirected to Allentown, Pennsylvania.

The car is said to have undergone a refurbishment in the early 1980s, and in 2006 it moved from California to the Midwest before being purchased in 2009 by a Virginia owner who retained it for six and a half years.

It was then purchased by the seller in 2016 and subsequently underwent work on the charging and fuel systems, the latter of which was again refreshed in 2026.
